As an executive, Todd successfully led an aftermarket technology company through the dot-com bubble and tripled the economic value of a publishing service business.

Todd is a longstanding faculty member of the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership and part of their worldwide delivery team using simulation technology to develop leaders and facilitate change in Fortune 100 and 500 Companies. Direct involvement with hundreds of senior executives over the years enables him to quickly identify ways for leaders to operate more effectively.
In 2012, Todd developed SnapshotTM, an organization diagnostic that efficiently pinpoints ways for leaders to improve their companies. The online tool enables teams to share, validate, and align themselves around a small number of initiatives that move the company forward, strategically and operationally.
In 2010, he founded Inside Music, LLC to develop Inside Music: Exploring Composition, which teaches children how to compose music. The award-winning online product entered the market in 2011 and is distributed worldwide by a major UK music publishing and digital education company.
Todd holds a doctorate degree in neuropsychology and conducted research on the organization of behavior in children at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is a former instructor of graduate level management courses in Organization Behavior and Strategic Business Growth at Harvard University Extension School.
Michael J. Laureno
Mike is a seasoned management consultant, functioning both as an interim CFO for mid-market companies, and a corporate adviser to early stage and high growth companies. He works with executive leadership teams to align and optimize corporate strategy, operations, and finances.
Assignments include: (re)defining corporate strategy; design and implementation of analytics, controls, operational processes, and information systems; financial and operational planning and reporting; and managing investor and creditor relationships. His solutions create operational effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.
Major recent engagements have included building an analytics group for a high growth company in the education space, developing a monetization strategy for one of the most popular and highest valued apps available today, leading the turnaround efforts for a mid-market Saas company, and M&A advisory for a media company.
Mike started his career as an investment banker, focused on valuing the debt and equity of large international corporations, as well as financing mergers and acquisitions among medium sized companies. He also worked in venture capital, funding early stage companies and managing the finances and investor relations of portfolio companies.
He holds both a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.S. in Finance from Boston College.
