Who We Are

Todd Greenberg

Since 1985, Todd Greenberg’s roles in creating and running companies, being a trusted advisor to business leaders, developing innovative products, and his mix of business, organization, and psychological expertise give him a unique practical perspective on how to improve business outcomes and create value.

His consultations improve financial results by identifying profitability opportunities and strengthening organization practices. Engagements focus on working with owners and their teams to create strategic direction, align stakeholders to shared objectives, and optimize organization systems.

As an executive, Todd successfully led an aftermarket technology company through the dot-com bubble and tripled the economic value of a publishing service business.

TSG’s strategic alliance with Johnson, O’Connor, Feron & Carucci, LLP, a progressive regional accounting firm, enables both entities to broaden respective value propositions and provide comprehensive consulting services to clients.

Todd is a longstanding faculty member of the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership and part of their worldwide delivery team using simulation technology to develop leaders and facilitate change in Fortune 100 and 500 Companies. Direct involvement with hundreds of senior executives over the years enables him to quickly identify ways for leaders to operate more effectively.

In 2012, Todd developed SnapshotTM, an organization diagnostic that efficiently pinpoints ways for leaders to improve their companies. The online tool enables teams to share, validate, and align themselves around a small number of initiatives that move the company forward, strategically and operationally.

In 2010, he founded Inside Music, LLC to develop Inside Music: Exploring Composition, which teaches children how to compose music. The award-winning online product entered the market in 2011 and is distributed worldwide by a major UK music publishing and digital education company.

Todd holds a doctorate degree in neuropsychology and conducted research on the organization of behavior in children at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is a former instructor of graduate level management courses in Organization Behavior and Strategic Business Growth at Harvard University Extension School.
